To get more real life results We should be able to specify some JS/CSS scripts that should already be in browser cache. For example it's reasonable to assume that users will have jQuery already cached if it's fetched from Google CDN (just because many sites reference it).

You can prepare a page with those elements contained then you can create multistep test script that visits this page in first step.
