Is there anyway to invoke dummynet from Selenium/Webdriver - alexwang999 - 01-30-2014 10:54 AM

We like the Webpagettest, but if we need to do some heavy lifting to traverse the pages, we can't go through it by using WPT. So we are thinking to run some webdriver script on the machines installed with dummynet. But is there a way to invoke it through either batch? or make the machine always connect to internet at certain speed?

Thanks

Alex

I've not really done much with the node agent but...

You might want to look at https://github.com/WPO-Foundation/webpagetest/tree/master/agent/js and in particular https://github.com/WPO-Foundation/webpagetest/blob/master/agent/js/test/traffic_shaper_tests_small.js
