RE: Waterfall View - line 1
You're already running W3 TC, is page caching enabled for unauthenticated users? If so, what mode (enhanced disk?). It shouldn't be taking NEARLY that long.

It shouldn't be taking NEARLY that long. Can you try switching from memcached to disk (enhanced)? The setting is on the first page. There's no good reason that a cached fetch of the page should take that long. If that doesn't work, what does your "Never cache the following pages" section look like? |

RE: Waterfall View - line 1
After I switched to disk enhanced, this was the result: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/110421_RJ_F49F/
Also, this is what my "Never cache the following pages" says, which is the standard setting for W3TC: http://www.screencast.com/users/DJMorris...b232fe10fb The thing that I don't understand is that this is an extremely small site compared to my other one, which loads much faster and has the same W3TC settings: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/110421_8X_EZ6F/ ....Do you have any clue why? Try multiple test runs. I think you might have caught the first run where it actually needs to build the cache. I did 10 runs and it looks much better now: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/110421...4/details/
