Sometimes there is aa conflict with other browser plugins that prevents pagetest from being able to hook the calls correctly which results in what you are seeing. I'll get a release out in the next day or so that should help with the problem. In the meantime, if you haven't tried it yet you can use the online version at http://www.webpagetest.org which provides the same results.
