check for work but never receive

hi all,

I used wamp for wpt 'customer interface' and a VM on XP sp3 who can not comunicate in extranet (but all my machines are in intranet).

I realy don't understand why both can't communicate.

can somebody help me?
I must have forgot some things but what?
