Not able to get email with api key

I'm filling out the form at https://www.webpagetest.org/getkey.php and after submitting the form I get a success message. But I can't find the email in my mailbox or junk. Is there anyway to verify that the email is being sent or if it is possibly on a blacklist? Any other way to get the api key? I've tried a couple of different emails with the same result.
