Just doing a sanity check to make sure you aren't passing a format specifier (&f=xml or &f=json or something like that). You still shouldn't get an empty document but that would explain a 200 response. If mod_rewrite isn't working it might also explain it if the redirect sends them to a page that then doesn't work.

Yeah, I'm running it via the UI. (I should have mentioned this is a new 2.4 install - I was using 2.3 before.)

mod_rewrite is working - if I hit one of the rewritten URLS (/about, /results, etc) it works great.

Here's a sample from access.log:

2011-10-31 09:20:56 - thebigs POST /runtest.php HTTP/1.1 200 - 0 Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_7_2) AppleWebKit/534.51.22 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1.1 Safari/534.51.22 o=8536dc7c4cd9de2b067585f8efa535eab916a4df; expires=Tue, 30-Oct-2012 14:20:56 GMT; path=/ cfg=NIC_IE.DSL; d=1500; l=50; p=0; runs=1; testOptions=0; u=384; o=8536dc7c4cd9de2b067585f8efa535eab916a4df; tzo=-300; as=1 http://thebigs:8080/ -

You can see it's running a 200 and I'm pretty sure it should be returning a 302.

I can share a packet trace with you of exactly what I'm seeing if it helps.
