Look through the Time (s) column and see which queries are taking a long time. The ones that jump out in this case are:

Code:
89 |   0.1353 |            enabled             | not cached |          1332 | SELECT cloak,a,id FROM wp_cloakPig_cloaks WHERE url='http://www.amazon.com/reviews/iframe?akid=AKIAICA22YDS2RFDD3EA&alinkCode=xm2&asin=B0000501QH&atag=wideanglemacr-20&exp=2011-11-18T05%3A56%3A38Z&summary=0&truncate=5000&v=2&sig=k%2FPBUDRhB8vnP5dYASu7jTEu2Y4bQCSA69YVbEBm7HY%3D'

I don't know much about the CloakPig plugin but it looks like it is probably responsible for most of your performance issues. You can add a database index to the url column of the wp_cloakPig_cloaks table if one doesn't already exist or if the plugin isn't critical to your site you can also disable it.

Since it is a commercial product you could also reach out to the developer and see if they have any updates that can address performance issues.
