Psst. I do not have permission to adjust the images, can only stress the need to reduce them Undecided

Not sure what you're asking. I am still seeing the F grade for your images, and still seeing over 2.8 megabytes of pageload.

Getting strange results --- webpagetest.org is reporting https://www.shoeshow.com/FS/COVER/1469/6...78x573.jpg

FAILED - (260.4 KB, compressed = 114.1 KB - savings of 146.3 KB) - https://www.shoeshow.com/FS/COVER/1469/6...78x573.jpg

However, when I run in Chrome Developer tools and hit the page - https://www.shoeshow.com/FS/COVER/1469/6...78x573.jpg and save locally 9 am getting - 129KB vs the reported 260.4KB.

What is up with webpagetest.org?
