Poland Test Location

Hi!

It would be really nice to extend Test Locations with somewhere from Poland. Currently the nearest location is from Prague but this not allows for reliable testing/ I see much longer network times than from Poland internally.

How those test sites are maintained? Would you kindly consider adding Poland?
