RE: .HAR file has invalid Json
Do you have a link to the test that generated the invalid json? Usually my first step would be pasting it into here: http://json.parser.online.fr/ and seeing if it also complains.

RE: .HAR file has invalid Json
I have checked the json requests in jSON validator ,its thrown json eval error. It seems there is bug in webpagetest . HAR file - json request.

RE: .HAR file has invalid Json
Back to the original question. Do you have a link to the test result? The HAR JSON is going to be different for every test and without your specific failcase on hand I can't see what specifically is broken.
