4G: 9Mbps versus 700Kbps
Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to check how many users access a specific page under a specific connection type, such as 2G / 3G. But first, I would like to understand what exactly Internet connection type means. According to WebPageTest, the downlink for 4G is 9Mbps but according to https://wicg.github.io/netinfo, 4G is defined as everything above 700Kbps. Is it a reason for having this difference or maybe other factors are taken into account and that's why the range is different. ![]() Thank you. |
