something is going on with the server where it isn't correctly picking up the connectivity information for the location.

When you go to the main submission page and select the India location, does the connectivity dropdown only show "LAN" or does it still give you all of the options?

As a sanity check to make sure the right locations.ini is being picked up, can you try adjusting the label for India_loc and make sure it gets reflected in the UI?
