On my test, having some long time to first byte on things like images and css. The images and css are cached with cloudflare, and seems like every test has a few, but they are different on each test.

They really seem to slow down the overall loading.

What I'm I missing that I need to look at to fix? Any ideas?

I'd reach out to Cloudflare support and have them take a look. Looking at the headers it looks like you are allowing them to cache the images and they are being served from Cloudflare's cache so something else is going on.

I ran a test from EC2 to make sure it's not the Dulles node specifically: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/130730...0fcb7c010/

The west coast looks better though there are still some slightly longer times: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/130730...2f184596b/

My guess is that there are having problems with their Ashburn POP.
