It seems that this agent may be screen-locked? Does it need a reboot?
I tried tests in IE9, Chrome and FF - all produce the same issue.

Sorry, should be fixed now. I checked to make sure that the screensaver and power saving were disabled so someone must have logged in and disconnected. Let me know if it happens again and I'll reach out to the provider to make sure they don't do that.

Thanks Pat! That seems to have fixed it - for now
I'll keep an eye on it whenever we use that agent
