What you should do is lower the total amount of requests and minify your javascript.

Cutting the requests in half would make a huge difference.
This page has 89 external Javascript scripts. Try combining them into one, so that only 1 request is made.
This page has 14 external stylesheets. Try combining them into one, so that only 1 request is made.
