I've tried to block a few URLs, but they were not blocked in the result:

Anything I'm doing wrong?

Try stripping the protocol off. I don't currently include the protocol part when I'm doing the substring match. You can also make it a lot simpler by just blocking "cufon.js font.js" which should whack everything you listed manually.
