Hello all,

We have a problem with our website >> http://immobilien-property.de/
which is much too slow, also browsing is a problem,
can somebody help?

Hosting in Germany with an intended audience in South Africa isn't going to help at all - can you not find a local provider?

However, the real problem ( probably exacerbated by the latency times Germany <-> Cape Town ) is the number of files required to display the page... 143 for the homepage is far too many - and with no expiry times set, no local caching will be done.

Look into enabling mod_expires, combining CSS and JS, and the use of sprites to keep the overhead down, then test again. With this kind of thing, fixing one bottleneck usually just moves it elsewhere...
