progressive jpegs - naturalp - 10-12-2013 02:52 AM

Hi - I love webpagetest and its helped me a lot with my site. We are now getting good results with the exception of one image slider a- Webpagetest gives an 'F' and the images in this slider are the culprit - so I reduced their sizes and then saved them as progressive images in photoshop - guess what? webpagetest still sees these as normal jpegs - why please? my mini horse website Iwould love to know - or maybemy photoshop isn't working well - i did try Ifranview too though.. it was the same..

I saved one of the photos and tested it for 'progressiveness', and it failed. Assuming you've uploaded the progressive JPEGs, perhaps you need to invalidate the photos via CloudFlare, i.e. have them fetch the images from your server again (they're cached now).
