What is is meaning of > in results
Some of the numbers in result as like (For example first interactive beta >5.91s). What is the significance of ">" there what value should we take while finding out average.

It means the time couldn't be accurately calculated but is at least 5.91s. The Time to Interactive measurements require 5 seconds of idle to be sure it has the correct point where the page became interactive. If there wasn't enough time in the test to observe 5 seconds of idle then the last point where it became interactive is recorded as the most likely time and would have been the time if the thread stays idle after that point.
