Setting custom cookies
Has anybody been able to set custom cookie values in scripts? I've read that WebPageTest 1.9 supports specifying custom cookies, but I haven't been able to find any documentation on how to do this.

You have to use a script to set the cookies: http://www.webpagetest.org/docs/Scripting#setCookie
