Android results do not match real device

I've tested in detail on my LG Android 2.2 phone and also a Samsung phone with Android 2.3, and I'm getting different waterfall and on-screen results than what is showing on WPT and Mobitest.

Specifically, I'm using Modernizr's media query function to prevent my widescreen CSS from loading, but testing here is showing that it still loads.

Am I missing something? Is anyone else getting weird Android results?
