Hi. Just came across this post while tying to find solutions to our long TTFB. Have you tried testing your site using http://www.dogloverstore.com/ rather than http://dogloverstore.com?

Our tests without the www cname were giving F results:
http://www.webpagetest.org/result/150208_AR_GKN/
http://www.webpagetest.org/result/150208_YE_GKS/

With it, they went to A:
http://www.webpagetest.org/result/150208_K2_HGC/
http://www.webpagetest.org/result/150208_NX_HGT/

Is this to do with the server or DNS setup?
