Wi-fi hotspot throttling speed
I want to replicate the wifi speed that a user may experience when they connect lapotop via a hotspot (e.g. coffee chop) where the connections often may be slower. Does anyone have a recommended custom connection settings for:
BW Down BW Up Latency Packet Loss |
