... and it's not only the above mentioned New Zealand test, where my site's speed is slow, but I occasionally get a similar result in the USA, where the site's speed is faster.

Example is the following Los Angeles test:

Load Time - 0.714s
Start Render - 0.747s

How should I interpret these results, which show Load Time shorter than Start Render time?
