HTTPS and setUserAgent
I can't seem to set a user agent when running an https test. I've also noticed when running a normal https test, the user agent used doesn't include the usual PTST from webpagetest.org.

RE: HTTPS and setUserAgent
Seems to be the case for Chrome latest and IE10 that I see so far.

Chrome

IE10

And even when running a regular test from webpagetest.org it doesn't seem to have the usual PTST/version appended to it either
