WPT 3.0 multi step, Raw data contains only Step1

Hi,
I upgraded to wpt 3.0 private instance, tried multi step feature, however the raw page data contains only step1, same with raw object data.

I tried the same on public instance and got the similar result.

Any help will be appreciated.
