Mobile test slower. throttle_cpu?
Hi, I have noticed that mobile tests are much slower than regular tests. I there a way to make it faster?
I have looked at mobile_devices.ini and found that there is a parameter named throttle_cpu, what does it mean? are lower values better? I found that iphones have throttle_cpu=1 and motog4 has throttle_cpu=3.5, but I cant figure out what does it mean. Thanks in advance |

RE: Mobile test slower. throttle_cpu?
Good question, doesn't seem to be any documentation about it.
But by looking at that same mobile_devices.ini it looks like a GalaxyS5 is 3.7, and a GalaxyS7 is 2. Assuming that an S7 is better than an older S5, I'd say the lower the number the less throttling (faster) it is. |
